You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated tools to access our services without permission • Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Collect user data without consent • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

VoteX and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. • We retain all rights to our platform, software, and branding • You retain ownership of content you create using our services • You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform • Our trademarks may not be used without written permission You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload to our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party content or services • You use our services at your own risk Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
